Welcome to the OMD computer center. What you see here is a collection of OMD related items for you to use, either for their functionality, or just to spruce up your desktop. There will be more of these types of applications and such coming in the future, like an OMD screen saver that I am working on, so keep checking back often.

These applications are free for you to download, so enjoy them at your leisure.

OMD Desktop bitmap This is a collage of OMD single covers that will look great on your desktop. This can be plugged into any Windows 95 theme (and into the soon to be released OMD theme pack!) or just as a stand alone desktop. To install this, go to Control Panel\Display\Background. Under the "wallpaper" area, choose "Browse". Select this picture and click the "Tile" radio button, and you are all set! This file is about 171kb.

OMD Windows 95 Theme This Windows 95 theme was created by Dave Carbone who has been a frequent visitor to this site for some time now. Check out Dave's site for some cool MIDI files and many other things. Note that this desktop theme uses the same bitmap as you see listed above! To install this theme, download the .zip file, and unzip it in a directory called "themes" on your "C:\" dirve. Once it is unzipped, go into Control Panel\DeskTop Themes (note, you must have the Win 95 Plus pack installed for this to work!!). Click the "Other" button, and choose the "omdtheme.theme" theme when asked for a file name. You can E-Mail Dave at his Web site if you have any questions.
